Izzy Moreno reacts to Mission Pro Wrestling’s shocking hiatus announcement

Mission Pro Wrestling Champion Izzy Moreno responded to the news that Mission Pro Wrestling will go on indefinite hiatus after the Aug. 17 event, promising that “the show must go on.”

“Izzy Moreno is not leaving!” the teen champion told her followers in an impassioned Aug. 9 video. “From this day, I will continue to carry the Mission Pro Wrestling brand and this title on my back.”

Moreno, however, should be careful to not overlook her Aug. 17 Midsummer Blast opponent, former Mission Pro Wrestling Champion La Rosa Negra. La Rosa, MPW’s inaugural champion, has the opportunity to dethrone Izzy and take the title back to Puerto Rico with her while Mission Pro is on hiatus.
